Victory Cruise Lines, operated by American Queen Steamboat Company, released new design details on the upcoming Ocean Victory, in addition to teasing Alaska itinerary highlights. Currently, under construction, the 200-passenger Ocean Victory will explore the scenery and wildlife of Alaska, complimented by onboard enrichment and lectures programs, sailing May through September, 2021.
The 104.4m Ocean Victory will feature 93 suites, 68 of which will have balconies, nine French balconies, and 16 panoramic windows. The vessel will carry a crew of 100 in 57 cabins. Onboard amenities include two restaurants, in addition to an open-deck dining area, observation and lectures lounges, piano bar, library, gym, spa, swimming pool with a pool bar, and jacuzzi.
The Ocean Victory will complete 20 voyages to Alaska starting in May, 2021. Equipped with 20 zodiacs and dozens of kayaks, the vessel will provide guests with opportunities for active adventure and up-close animal viewing like whales and bears. An onboard crew of marine biologists, scientists, and naturalists will lead expeditions, provide lectures, and act a resource for all guests.
Offering the same service, dining, and accommodations guests have come to expect onboard Victory Cruise Lines and the American Queen Steamboat Company, Ocean Victory will feature regional cuisines, entertainment, and immersive shore excursions.
Bookings for Ocean Victory Alaska cruises go on sale July 2019, with fares announced in the coming weeks. More information about Alaskan ports of call and shore excursions will be announced at a later date.
