Princess Cruises is launching one of its largest-ever seasons in Alaska, with six ships sailing cruises and cruise-tours to the 49th State and itineraries that leave from four different homeports: Whittier, Vancouver, Seattle and San Francisco.
Coral Princess, Island Princess and Star Princess will operate weeklong north-and-southbound trips between Vancouver, British Columbia and Whittier (Seward), Alaska that sail through the spectacular scenery of the Inside Passage, and which can be combined with overland cruise tours through Anchorage, Fairbanks and Denali National Park.
Emerald Princess and Ruby Princess will make their summer home south of the border in Seattle, Washington, where they will operate seven-day roundtrip voyages. Finally, Grand Princess will sail unique roundtrip cruises to Alaska from San Francisco, California.
“As the number one cruise line in Alaska, Princess continues to offer guests the best of this beautiful state while on land and at sea,” said Jan Swartz, president of Princess Cruises. “From wilderness and glaciers to fresh salmon and sled dog puppies, the newest North to Alaska experiences truly delivers on our commitment to ensuring our guests come back new.”
