Seabourn’s modern fleet features four dining venues, ranging from al fresco dining to the gorgeous main dining room, called simply, The Restaurant. From local specialities to international dishes, Seabourn serves up fine dining at its best, rivaling what you might expect to find in the world’s best restaurants.
The Restaurant offers open-seating dining, meaning that there’s no rush for you to be in the dining room at an assigned time or at an assigned table. Take your place at a table for two, four or more to experience award-winning cuisine skillfully prepared and presented.
You don’t have to sit indoors for a culinary experience. Seabourn features outdoor dining venues, serving up all that fine food with gorgeous, ever-changing views, and, as elsewhere throughout its fleet, complimentary regional wines.
The Colonnade features both al fresco and indoor dining, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Colonnade offers what you might call elegant bistro dining with selections that can be as colorful as they are delicious.
Head to the pool deck for a night of dining under the stars where you will be served from an open kitchen at The Patio Grill. Out by the pool, al fresco dining, under the stars, the smell of the sea, fantastic food, a nice bar, good music — what more could you ask for?
Step back inside for a unique and fun concept set in an extremely attractive room where the dining experience has been described as a culinary journey. Open only for dinner, Restaurant 2 features an array of small plates creatively prepared and served mostly two or three to a course over five courses, definitely an experience worth you may want to repeat on your cruise. Reservations are requested, because it seats only 40, but there’s no extra charge to enjoy this five-course tasting menu in Restaurant 2.
So whether you enjoy the elegant bistro of the Colonnade, the casual atmosphere of the Patio Grill, the culinary journey of Restaurant 2, or even fine dining in the main restaurant, you’re sure to find something that pleases your palate when cruising Seabourn.
