An Evening at Ephesus, Kusadasi

[The following story was filed by Sue Parker, while on a Athens, Greece, to Valetta, Malta, voyage on SeaDream II]

Ephesus at night is an awe-inspiring sight. Attending a SeaDream Yacht Club private concert with the floodlit facade of the Celsus Library (125 AD) standing proud before a group of fellow passengers is an experience that will stay with those of us lucky enough to be there forever.

As the Aegean Chamber Orchestra filled the air with Mozart, Brahms and Faure, a single bird flew overhead and the moon shone brightly. Champagne and Turkish canapes were on hand although we had already been treated to our first SeaDream II dinner, which set the tone for the rest of our seven-day trip from Athens to Malta.

The service and cuisine on board is exceptional. A happier crew I have never seen, and the chance to eat outside at almost every meal a rare treat.
