There are five stateroom categories aboard Viking Danube:
- Category D and E staterooms are 154 square feet and can accommodate two people. Located on Main Deck, they feature a half-height window that cannot be opened. In addition, hotel-style beds, a private bathroom with shower, a spacious wardrobe, full air conditioning and a TV featuring English-language programming round out the mix.
- Categories A, B and C are also 154 square feet but feature a larger picture window that can be opened. These staterooms are located on Upper and Middle decks, with the main difference between the categories being their relative location aboard the ship. Otherwise, all amenities remain the same as those found in Categories D and E.
