This morning on Oceania Riviera, we washed our hands and donned aprons to make scones and frittatas at the Bon Appétit Culinary Center. It was a fun hands-on cooking experience under the direction of Chef Kathryn Kelly, the culinary enrichment director for Oceania Cruises. We received lessons in knife-handling, which should come in useful back home.. Kelly also showed us a great way to prepare herbs for cooking: Roll them and slice. Preparing to cook frittatas.
