I’ve very much enjoyed becoming your ~friend~ on facebook & consequently following you around the world on all your memorable escapes at sea. As you might note, I have been associated with the cruise industry myself for over 30 years, having been a District Sales Manager for the imfamous Sitmar Cruises. I have owned my own cruise only travel agency for almost 16 years in sarasota florida after having spent over 20 years in high powered medical device sales. Yes, i turned my passion into a profession & am a business person in travel NOT a travel person in business. I have sailed on over 142 voyages & most memorable was my 2006 Crystal Serenity 106 day world cruise! I leave Oct 11th for Azamara Journey’s 14 day athens – rome via egypt, israel, greece, turkey, cyprus, and italy returning for only 24 hours before leaving for new york to board the QM2 for 7 days to Canada New England (i have clients on that one). Then I have my group on the jazz and golf theme departure of the crystal serenity november 22nd – 29th & then finally to seadream yacht club nov 29nd – dec 4th. I have a BIG celebrity on the crystal symphony dec 20 – jan 8 & the verdict is still out if i want to be away for xmas & new years. well, i hope you have a chance to write back – i very much enjoyed the oceania video – i have not sailed with them since dec of 2003! i am certain they have made some positive changes & am planning a group for nov 3 – 13, 2010. blessings and hugs & ciao for now Lisa E.
